Edit comment form width

    I am using a theme made by Artisteer, the comment form’s width is huge and I want to decrease it, here is what it looks like:

    I tried to go to Comments.php and saw each field’s data (name, website, email..) and each comes with a size of 22, when decreasing this size nothing happens.

    I also tried to enter a code in style.css to define comment text width but it stays the same. How can I customize this?

    in style.css line 2010
    it is set at 98% right now. so change that to reduce the width.

    line 2015 for comment area

    Ok someone appearently commented and told me to find %98 in comments.php, yes i found two and i edited it to %80 but no change, its now on %50 and still no change in form width
