I have tested the same thing from my side and I got the Billing Address in my purchase receipt.
The email tag I have used is : {billing_address}
Can you please confirm it?
Would you please test it on my website?
Just download free item and then tell if billing address saved correct in purchase receipt email.

I have gone through your website and checked the scenario with this product https://www.stockmelodies.net/royalty-free-music/uplifting-promo-background-music-for-video
In checkout pages I did not find any “Billing Address” or any associated fields.
I think this is the reason that why you are getting blank {billing_address} fields in email receipt.
Can you please confirm it?

Sorry for my delay response.
Actually billing address are dependent on the payment gateways but you can enable it from “Taxes” tab of plugin settings.
Navigate to Plugin Settings > Taxes Tab > Enable Taxes. Just enable the option. There is no need to add tax rates and anything else.

Now you can see the “Billing Address” field at checkout pages. Please check with test purchase.

This option also doesn’t work. Billing address still doesn’t showing up in checkout page. Even when i do test registration and fill out billing address in profile settings it doesn’t shows up in purchase receipt confirmation email either.

It look like that Product has a Zero price so It is not coming. Can you please try with any product which has a price?
