Ecommerce plugin for Chaplin theme

I am trying to figure out which is the best free ecommerce plugin that I can use with the Chaplin theme. I want to be able to sell membership levels/subscription to my blogs and also sell digital products (e.g., ebooks, pdfs, etc). Is there a plugin that I can use to do both of these?

I also tried another theme ‘Sullivan’ by @anlino as it seemed to have ecommerce option, but it did not appear when I installed the theme.

I like the themes by @anlino and so would like to use them. However, I have been told to use theme builders like Astra, Divi, and Elementor, etc. Should I stick to Chaplin + ecommerce plugin or should I consider some of these page builders?

Does anyone have any good pointers?
