I don’t know if it there by default, but WooCommerce has a pretty big list, and you can define your own currency if it’s not already there.
Thanks. Will check. What I need is, the plugin not just change the currency symbol, but also the conversion rates.

Use WooCommerce. WooCommerce supports INR and popular payment gateways like CCAvenue, PayU, PayUMoney provide ready made plugins for WooCommerce.
