Ecommerce plug-in suggestions

I’m working to develop an ecommerce site using WordPress and need some help with finding a ecommerce plug-in that will work for my needs.

I have basically a bundle of three items. The first will be shipped out as soon as the order is placed, and I would like the customers to be able to choose the date the 2nd and 3rd items are shipped (and billed) or if they don’t select a shipping date for the 2nd and 3rd items, they’ll be billed & sent 12 weeks apart.

I’m currently using WooCommerce & the subscriptions plug-in which works great except it doesn’t allow me to have the customers choose their own bill/ship date for the 2nd & 3rd items.

Are there any plug-ins out there that will work for this or am I hoping for too much?
