Hey @ladygdc
Thanks for contacting support.
For issues like this we would need to examine your template directly on your site. Before doing that, have you tried creating an entirely new listing template in WP-Lister, apply the changes you need to make to the template, then visit your listing profile(s) and select the new template in the “Templates” section of the listing profile and try revising the listings?
If that does not help, please open a support ticket here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ so we can assist you further.
Kind regards,
John
Thank you for your reply. Upon inspection I noticed that I have current version of wp-lister for ebay 2.6.1 but the template says version 1.2. Could this be the error? How can I fix this?
WP-Lister 2.6.1
Database 54
WordPress 5.4.2
WooCommerce 4.3.0
Hey @ladygdc
No, that wouldn’t be the issue. The template version is not supposed to match the plugin version. Version 1.2 is the latest version of the listing template.
Kind regards,
John
So what could the issue be? When I put the html template on my wordpress/woocommerce wp-lister for ebay plugin it is not displaying correctly on visual mode nor when I publish it on ebay does it display correctly. But when I manually put the html code in ebay description and hit visual, it displays perfectly. I have tried to “Add” new template on text mode, but when I click visual, the template looks messed up and even if I assign the new template to a profile, then reapply the profile settings to a product, then publish on ebay, when I go on ebay the template looks messed up again.
Hey @ladygdc
