    Hummingbird is easy to use and if not technically minded sorts out general website issues. A criticism I would mention is that the company seem to have quite a few server problems which can be frustrating when the user is trying to conduct a test. Hopefully this is being sorted out as I do like the program.

    Yes, we have experienced some issue with our API, but it’s all sorted now. We understand this was frustrating for our user and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by it.
