Early Access to Posts

I host a creative-writing blog and I’d like to be able to create an “early access” role that allows users to read scheduled posts before they are live, but not edit them. I’ve tried about 5 different User-Access plugins or Role plugins and none of them do exactly what I am asking, most of them either have to allow editing for this to take place. I don’t want readers to be able to edit the posts, just view them before the rest of the public. Currently I use the schedule post feature so that my posts go out every friday at noon and subsequently post to facebook, twitter, linkedin, and google plus automatically, so I would like to continue using this and just add the ability for users to log in and view scheduled posts.
