Dynamically Searching and Replacing Text

    Hey, I’m looking for a way to change and replace text strings that are posted on my site, AFTER they were posted, dynamically .

    I’ve tried Real-Time Search and Replace plugin, but it doesnt seem to let me add any new replace cases…
