You can manually set the currency rates https://prnt.sc/sb0riw. But “on every page request” I am not sure your meaning, can you make it clearer?

I mean, i want to fetch currency rates from external API and set currency rates for this plugin programatically.

Currently, the plugin gets rates API from Google finance, Yahoo finance, transferwise and Cuex. Your job is a feature request and it can be done by custom work. You can contact us at support@villatheme.com for more discussion.
