Dynamic Text from URL parameters

Here is the site:
http://metromacandpc.com/macbook-pro-15-and-17/

You can see there’s a table, each row has a title and link, the link is to separate contact forms. What I’d like to do it have a single contact form that gets it’s title dynamically.

So far, I’ve just used jQuery to modify the href attribute of each link, passing a paramater in the URL, but I’m stuck on how to get the parameter into the contact form… I’m aware of Dynamic Text Extension…
