Hello @atlasspm,
Do you have the plugin CPO Shortcodes installed and active?
Could you also please send me the shortcode you have entered so I can test it on my end?
Thank you,
Mihaela
Thank you. It looked like it was installed in the WYSIWYG editor, but it was not in the Plugins tab. Added it and now it’s working, to a point. I’m getting a listing, but the excerpt is not displaying. Also, I now have two CPO icons in the admin area. How do I remove the first one?
Here’s a link to the screenshot: http://generalcontractorsofpa.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Screen-Shot-2018-05-04-at-9.07.01-AM.png
Here is the code:
[posts type=”post” number=”5″ columns=”1″ style=”list” date=”normal” author=”none” comments=”none” excerpt=”normal” after=”undefined” description=”undefined” color=”undefined” ]
Hello @atlasspm,
I apologize for the delayed response!
There second one appears because you have the CPO companion plugin installed which also contains CPO shortcodes. My recommendation would be to deactivate CPO companion and instead of it install CPO shortcodes (you have this already), CPO content types, and CPO widgets.
Regarding the excerpt, you will have to display them grid style instead of list.
Please give this a try and let me know how it goes.
All the best,
Mihaela
That worked! Thanks Mihaela!
