Dynamic options for fields

Lovely plugin and many thanks for sharing it.

I am trying to dynamically populate the options of a multi-select field. Currently the options are hard-coded into the settings of the field itself.

Is there a hook to call when that field is displayed on the front end and its options dynamically populated?
