Dynamic Custom Fields / Form

Is there a way where I can add dynamic custom fields to a form? Let’s say, I need another sets of custom fields to fill I just need to click a button “add” and it will add another sets of fields line to a section.

I tried UM’s Conditional Logic, but this is just whether you want hide or show a particular custom field. What I am looking is, a dynamic form that when you click an “add” button, it will add another line of form field sets.
