Dynamic Content on Static Page

    I’m using WP as a CMS. I’m using static pages. Text that I place in the editor doesn’t appear live. I assume there is special code that needs to be in the page. My searches have all turned up code for special situations. Can someone direct me to the bare basic code. I’m using the 2011 eleven theme. I do have a child theme.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    I switched themes and all is cooperating. I’ll have to find out what’s going on from the host. Thanks.
