Duplicate Posts are created in Databse

Hi, I have huge problem with WordPress. Every time I publish new post, I have notice that in my database table WP_post are created multiple columns of same that post. Sometime there are created 5-6 same rows and sometime only 2-3. But hen I go on my blog home page I only see one that post not all of them. Is there anyway I can fix this problem. my blog is http://www.softwaretipspalace.com/blog/ and I’m using latest version of WP.
