Duplicate "Leave A Reply" in comments area

    There are 2 “Leave A Reply” fields for some reason on a friend’s blog. Do you know where this code is that might be showing the duplicates so that I can fix it?

    Also, the words “Leave A Comment” blend in with all of the tags and the end of her postings. Does anyone know which file needs to be changed so that I can separate out the word “Leave A Comment” and make it more prominent?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    ESMI:

    1. Deactivated all plugins. Problem still occurs.

    2. Switching to Twenty-Eleven theme fixed the problem — but what does that mean about the Twenty-Ten one? 🙂

    3. I don’t know how to reset the plugins folder. Can you advise on how to do that?
