Duplicate files in minify?

    I’ve been using the plugin for a long time. I have disabled some other plugins lately, and want to edit the minify settings. However, when I want to save, I get the message: “Duplicate files have been found in your minify settings, please check your settings and re-save.”

    Deleting ALL JS and CSS files does not help – it still comes up with the same error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the W3TC plugin, but the settings are still there – and so is the error.

    What could I do?
