Please go to the event dashboard on the frontend, in the Actions section you get an option to duplicate.

I followed your instructions. First of all, the event-dashboard on the frontend only shows 3 of 20 Events. Then the duplicate button brings me to an empty page with the url event-dashboard/?action=duplicate&event_id=339&_wpnonce=67d3a642bf. After I go back the event is not duplicated.
Do I miss something here?

You need to create a Post an event page from your Admin panel, with shortcode[submit_event_form].
The events added from the account loggedin, will only appear in the frontend dashboard.

Ok, so I created an event using the [submit_event_form]. Then I confirmed the event in the backend. Still the delete and duplicate buttons on the event-dahsboard do not work …
