Hi
No I placed some text in formatting sections.
Take a look at these two pages, i placed these info there because i kind of need it there and for me it is handy that it appears on every event listing page and booking page.
will it be bad for the site? if yes can anything be done to leave it there and don’t make google penalise the site?

You should be fine. Google is smart enough to realize that you’re not doing this deliberately to influence rankings and shouldn’t penalize you.
Example – most/all sites have a lot of repetetive data on each page such as headers/footers/sidebars, that’s taken into account.
