Duplicate “category” word ?

Hi,

I am working with a web where something odd happens. When I try to translate the word “category” the plugin save it this way “category2” so the url looks something like that https://domain.com/category-2/postname.

Could you someone give some clue why it does this? I do not want that the urls blog posts look that way.
