Dumb Question from a Newb

I am trying to add links to my site (tabs that take you to the other pages to the site). I had a designer set up my word press site, and now he is no longer available, so I am getting my feet wet with word press. If you visit my website http://www.johnandrewcarlton.com you will see the tabs Pooches, Ball and Chain, Rockers, and Art and Fashion. I am trying to add a link called Legal Documentation. I have tried to “Add A Page”, but it does not add the tab to click on, it only adds the page, which I have added at http://www.johnandrewcarlton.com/home/legal

Any help on how to add the quick link to click on to get to the page would be great. If I am making no sense, I can clarify what I am looking for. Sorry for the newby question.
