Dropdown selector with placeholder conditional

    Hello! I have one question.

    I want to add a dropdown selector in my website form. The dropdown will have 6 options and then there is a textfield which will show a fix placeholder.

    Dropdown

    Option 1

    Option 2

    Option 3

    Option 4

    Once you select one option in the text field will appear:

    OPT1 (as a placeholder fix) and then let the user write 4 numbers. So will be OPT1-1234.

    Can anybody help me with this? I will appreciate.
