Dropdown Required

    Hi,
    We have a dropdown on the checkout, used for showing how people found the website.
    It is set to required but they are still allowed to move onto payment even if they do not choose from the dropdown. Once on the payment page they cannot proceed unless they go back and choose from the dropdown.

    How do we stop them being allowed to move on ?

    Hello @topknotch

    It sounds like a multi-step checkout plugin is installed on the website. Flexible Checkout fields will not be compatible in this case.

    The Select (dropdown) field is part of the PRO version but on this forum we cannot discuss topics related to the PRO version. Please write to us if there are additional questions about this feature.
