Having the exact same issue on this website under “Services” – https://northmetroderm.com/
There use to be a dropdown with several items. It shows correctly on Mobile / Tablet (responsive versions) but not on the desktop version. Everything is correct on the backend under Appearance > Menus. I’ve tried adding a new menu, deleting current menu items and adding them back. Nothing is working. Any help is much appreciated!

@parabol37, You have a JavaScript issue which is causing your menu to stop working. This issue is coming from your theme. As you’re using a commercial theme, you should contact your theme author: http://inkthemes.com/

Thanks – just submitted my own thread.
Thanks @andrew Nevins! I have contacted InkThemes about it, but so far just receiving generic responses about how to set up a menu in wordpress, which I already know obviously. I told them it’s likely a JavaScript issue which they are hopefully looking into now. Thank you for your help!

Great. If they’re still convinced it’s not a theme issue, do come back to this thread and we can try to narrow it down.
Thank you, @andrew! I will.
So, InkThemes has really been no help on this. Now they said that we should reinstall the theme. But we installed this theme several years ago and made lots of custom edits to it at the time. It wasn’t actually a very functional theme to start with. So I don’t want to start over with that.

Can you try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether it could be a problem with one of them?
Yes, I can try that. Although there’s nothing new on that front. That’s a good idea though. I’ll give that a shot in a bit. Thanks!
I tried deactivating each plugin and the menus still do not work. Any other ideas? I really appreciate it!

I’m sorry, I’ve just had warnings that your site has been infested with malware. I checked Sucuri and it appears to confirm it https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.onsurg.com/
I would focus on this new issue instead;
You need to start working your way through these resources:

Oh gosh. Thank you. I’ll look over this. Could this be what is causing that problem? Also, can I ask what warnings you saw?
Thanks!

I saw a warning on my work’s security software that said there was a JavaScript trojan when I visited your site.
