Dropdown Menu

Hi, I need help in Obtaining the effect menu – dropdown. I tried their hand, unfortunately, my knowledge of CSS is not too large. Do not helped me as other topics available on the forum.

I click on the menu items and put forward my sub-items. How to get this effect? I know it can be done by using CSS and animation.
