Dropdown for zipcode is now missing!

Hi, after upgrading to Version 3.8.14.1 the dropdown for the zipcode is now missing and now nobody can make a purchase from the website as this needs to be there in order to complete the order.

Any idea how or what I need to do? I’ve already turned off the other plug-ins to see if that was the cause and it made no difference.
