dropdown, columns

Here is the link and I am hoping that this is what you will need because the one I sent you before did not work.

I now have 3 columns on one line, (the Dropdown and places for 2 entries) but the 4th column is still underneath the second column. I want to 4th column to be on the same line with the other 3 columns. I got there by doing the following:1.I created a “Dropdown” field and entered California and Ohio. I then added 3 “if selected show” Filename32, filedname33, filedname34. I then went down to “Add Css ……” and placed “column3,column4.” (I tried other combinations such as “column3,column4,column2” but I could not get the last column (the forth column) to align on the same line with the frist 3 columns.
2. I did 3 consecutive “Number” fields (filename32, filedname33 and fieldname34). I then entered into “Add Css…..” Column4, (for 32), column3 (for 33) and column2(for 34).
What exactly do you mean by “Class name.”? Is that the info that goes into the “Add Css….”? Is it the name given to the field that users have to enter? Is in in the “Number” section or is it in the “Dropdown” section?
Concerning the text and value for the Dropdown, are you saying that I could leave the “Value” section blank without placing anything in it? For now I can only think of the Text (in which case it will be the states – like California). But I do not know what can be placed in the “value” section. Users need to enter 3 separate numbers for each state. Like – California – 4 – 5 – 6. That’s why it is important that the 4 columns are on the same line.
Thanks
