Drop down menu nav not clickable

    Hello. I’m having a problem with the main menus’s sub-menu dropdown link hover. The sub-menu links disappearing before I can click on them. It’s like I hover over the main section, the subs show up, I move down to click on them, and they disappear. I’m not sure of the CSS to fix the hover time to make them stay longer. Not even sure what that is called. Can anyone help please? I’m not a programmer, mostly a designer, so I really appreciate your patience and help.
