Drop down menu issues

I’m using the Spacious Theme on temp.www.phplonline.org, and the drop down menu is not functioning anymore. I cannot select/click on sub-menu items, and the drop down menu disappears when I move the mouse onto it. Tried deactivating and removing the slider, but no change with the menu. I have not added any custom css or child themes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
