    Unfortunately it’s not possible with default theme options. It is possible only with custom development.

    There are actually a few easy ways to do this. In your menu editor, you can just add the html code for what’s called a caron by using ˇ

    I used it on my About menu heading because I have multiple sub menus.

    You can also use html codes for down arrows, like & # 9660; (remove the spaces) for ▼ and up arrows, like & # 9650; (again, remove the spaces) for ▲
