Hi there, this may be possible but mostly depends on the theme you’re using. You can use the shortcode of the image [drawattention] and add in the header section of your theme if it has an option for using a shortcode.
Are you looking to place it in a section of your header or are you looking to fill your entire header with the image?
If you would like to fill the entire header with the image, keeping in mind that a logo and perhaps a menu is involved as well, you might not get it to look exactly how you want it.
Draw Attention is usually embedded in the main section of the page which is the most consistent across different WordPress themes
