downloads corrupt – https zip files on cloudfront

hi.

we’re trying to host our downloads on Cloudfront. We have a pair of 44m zip files; they both get corrupted by this plugin – file sizes do not match. Downloading the files directly from Cloudfront works; inserting the URL(s) below into the download monitor plugin result in corrupt files. Any browser results in corrupt files. This should be a very easy test case to reproduce and fix.

we’re using apache with ubuntu 14.04, wordpress 4.2.1, and download monitor 1.7.2.
