Hello Jaclyn,
How are you downloading the plugin? Through the wp-admin or through the WordPress repository? It’s quite possible you’re under some kind of firewall or security blocking the transfer. If you’re downloading via wp-admin, you could try deactivating all plugins then try again.

It’s in the admin. i turned everything off but now I get a Could not copy file. beaver-builder-lite-version/js/ace/mode-pgsql.js message.

i will try a screen shot. I did try other programs and some didn’t work either, but i could download ninja forms.

I took a look at the screen shot and it looks like there might be an issue with your host. Can you verify that you haven’t run out of disk space? If this is happening with other plugins then that is probably the issue. Get in touch with your host and let me know how it goes.
