No, you’d need to use a database backup made before the update.

Is there a program for converting DB from wordpress 3.5 to 3.4.2?

I’ve already asked here
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-35-backend-is-messed-up?replies=4#post-3624636
Media buttons, TAGS, and some other things aren’t clickable right now. It’s like an 80 percent backend.
I disabled all plugins. In the backend, after upgrading to WordPress 3.5, does not work insert images, change the status, add category, switch to html from view etc.. No links of the backend work for insert and edit articles.
Ok, did you switch the default theme to rule out theme conflicts?

Many websites report they downgrades from wordpress 3.5 to an older version without reinstalling the old database.
I do not know what to do, I think I will try a wordpress downgrade from 3.5 to 3.4.2, after backup.

That’s a recipe for disaster long term. The database was changed in WP 3.5
