    I’m having a strange issue where my signup form is submitting twice in firefox. I have not tested in IE, but it seems fine in safari and chrome. I did a fresh install of the plugin on a blank wordpress install on my local environment and the issue remained. I’m completely stuck and any help would be greatly appreciated! I’ve modified the plugin to include a couple extra fields but as I said a fresh install was still producing the issue.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for posting. In taking a look at your form’s code, it looks like you may be using a different plugin than the “MailChimp List Subscribe Form” plugin. For this reason, we’re not able to provide support on the intended interaction of that plugin, or troubleshoot it at length.

    However, I went ahead and tested the sign up on my end in both Chrome and Firefox, and only received one confirmation email with each attempt, so I was not able to replicate the interaction that you’re describing.

    The best bet would be to try once more with a brand new email address (or rather, one that hasn’t signed up previously) and try signing up again and see if you’re seeing duplicate copies still. If so, then we’d recommend reaching out to the support team for the specifica plugin that you’re using. Best of luck!
