I believe you can view the screenshot with links above. I think the problem may be somewhere in the footer. It was coded somewhere and I tailored it to our website. When I remove it(the footer), the double scroller is no longer there. I’m just not sure where to find the problem.

However, it does not appear that you have the Cornerstone plugin hosted here in WordPress’ plugin directory installed. You may have installed a different plugin that is using the same name.
The plugin should have included support information on the plugin’s own admin page/settings. You may also be able to find information on getting support for that plugin via the site where you downloaded/purchased the plugin.
