@vortexthemes: I’m 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for admin credentials on these forums. Really – do not do that here.
Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the theme review team.

@esmi Well ok then.Just a question.What if I don’t ask for an admin account and the user says “If I give you an admin account can you fix the plugin?”.Is that fine?
Not really, no. It’s not something we’re comfortable with here.
That said, these “rules” only apply here. What you sort out with people using other methods of communication is none of our business. 😉
So if I say send me an email at blabla@mail.com but I don’t ask for an username here on the forum is that fine?
