Doesn't work with theme Atahualpa

Hi –
I Have had this working on twenty ten no problem
I like the small message bar

but – It does odd things on Atahualpa theme – see:

There is an ‘Accept’ link in the jumble of code
If you click it, it does then work on the page it calls up

Any help gratefully received
