Doesn't Work

    This would be an awesome plugin if it worked.

    Installed plugin. Got the Google API key. Validated my site with Google by adding TXT record to DNS zone file. Input and saved API key in your plugin settings. No records found for any business. Searched through support docs and this forum. Disabled all plugins except yours. Still no response at all, no businesses found. Using Trim theme by Elegant Themes for parent theme. No alterations made to site except added two widget areas in child functions.php file.

    Extremely disappointing that it works for some users but not me.

    I have Google Maps plugin working fine.

    1) A url to your business on either Google Maps or Google Plus so I can see your reviews
    2) A link to your site where you’re trying to use our plugin

    Hi there,

    We just pushed an update out to the plugin, and updated our Docs. Google now requires the Maps API Key to be enabled in order to use the Lookup widget. Please do the following:

    1) Review this doc and make sure you have both the “Google Places API Web Service” and “Google Maps Javascript API” enabled on your API Key
    2) Update to the latest version (version 1.4.2)
