We were happy with your contact.
If you want to display only a fixed grid and not a slide, edit your short code and change the “slide” mode to “fade”
Note: Grids saved as drafts will be ignored, the group must have at least two grids saved and published for using the “Slide”
It is important you do all plugin settings if you forget something it may not work properly, do not forget anything:

The Coyote Grid is a slideshow therefore requires at least two grids to work
