Hi,
Just tried the two ASIN’s and I am getting the images displayed okay. What is the plugin showing on your site?
It could be a rogue entry in the Amazon Link Product Cache or if you have another cache running it might have got cached there, try flushing it on the admin page.

Hi Paul,
Sorry, I should tell you before that the problem occurred when I used image or wishlist template. When I used iframe, the plugin worked properly.
The plugin showed image “no image available” for ASIN B005EPMVU8, but show nothing for ASIN B0075SUKIC and B005IGVY92 (they were put in <div class=”al_found0″>)

Hi,
Have you got any sort of site wide cache enabled?
Have you tried disabling it?
How many shortcodes / products have you got on that page? Too many and Amazon will throttle the requests to the AWS.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the reply.
I had flushed product cache and even disabled all cache. Also deactivated Amazon Link Extra – Images. Still the images weren’t showed π
I setup new wordpress 4.0.1 installation at http://www.brokeatonce.com/
I am using standard wp Twenty Fourteen, akismet and hello dolly are deactivated. And only Amazon Link and Amazon Link Extra – Images are activated.
Image for Images template and wish list template of B005EPMVU8 were showed but images of B0075SUKIC and B005IGVY92 weren’t showed.
If you need my login credentials, please kindly inform me where I can send it.

Hi Paul,
I forgot to mention that I put only six shortcodes/products on that page.

Hi,
Had a look, it seems you have hit upon some ASIN’s that are not accessible through the Amazon Web Service Advertising API. Hopefully this isn’t the start of Amazon reducing support for the service.
If you put your credentials into the AWS Scratchpad: http://associates-amazon.s3.amazonaws.com/scratchpad/index.html
And then do an Item Lookup for the offending ASINs you get the error:
This item is not accessible through the Product Advertising API.
Why they are not accessible is not explained, you could try poking Amazon, but I don’t know how much luck you would have?
Sorry I could not help more!
Paul
