Does WP-Stats Not Work with Multi-Sites?

I have 5 sites running on a 3.0 Multisite installation. I have the WP-Stats plugin installed and Network Activated. I then went in to each site and put in my API key to start the process. That was days ago. And it is showing my traffic as 0 for every day since then for all sites except for one. But I know for a fact that the other sites are getting traffic.

So what gives?

Does this sound familiar to any one / Anyone have any ideas?
