    Heya,

    I just installed and setup my first word press site at dreamhost. I am curious if the out of the box one-click type installs of wordpress will automatically handle the if-modified html requests by google and other search engines.

    I’ll comment on this on too. Because I want the same feature on my (first) WP 3.1 site. It would be a nice feature.

    I think you need a plugin for that. I want to say wp-super-cache and w3-total-cache can do that.
