Does W3 Total Cache cache wp-admin/admin-ajax.php ?

Hello!

Can the Page Cache be used to cache wp-admin/admin-ajax.php ? Jetpack is making a ton of Ajax requests (https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/850), and I’m wondering if the script can be cached? I know the query parameter might stop the caching, but if we were to use Memcache, would it work?
