Does not work in pop up windows

I very much want to use Flipgorilla in popup windows.
This does not work, whether using the shortcode or using raw embed code. The flipbook does open displaying the correct number of pages, but the actual pages to not display.

It would be great to get this to work as it would sort of mimic the Amazon style of reading books, thanx!
