Check the W3C markup validation service to see details of invalid markup on the page which may be preventing tabs and other content from being rendered correctly.

Errors flagged up by the validator such as stray closing div elements due to incorrectly nested markup can cause the issue reported, so I suspect this is the cause in this case.
I expect that the tabs would be able to display correctly once you have checked the markup of the elements you have included within your tab content, and corrected all of the incorrectly nested elements.
