Documentation for block markup

I’m looking for documentation on block markup, specifically settings like “layout” and its various options. Almost all of the official documentation seems to be from the perspective of using the Block Editor, whereas I am developing a them manually. As well, there doesn’t seem to be a one-to-one correspondence between the examples for a setting like “layout” that I can find in the 2023/2024/2025 themes and the documentation for the Block Editor. I really just want a full list of the markup settings so that I can reliably understand what a layout should look/behave like without having to toy with the Block Editor.
