Document Table not expaning

Have installed the Barn2 Documents Library Pro plugin.
Each Folder is a “Category”

You should be able to click on the folder and it expand down to view the related files.

If I view this page and activate the “Customize” button to display the customize side bar then all the folders expand as they should.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You’re using a commercial/premium plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

I don’t believe this to be a plugin issue but either a theme or page sizing issue.

Was just looking for some advise if someone ran across something like this before.

Also I have reached out to them just in case prior to posting here.

If it’s a theme issue, changing the theme should resolve it. As a test, try activating the twentytwentyone theme.

Changing theme did allow it to function. now the problem is locating where in my theme file is locking the post size and not allowing it to expand. It might be disabling links and not a sizing issue.

While your theme isn’t paid, it’s still not supported on wp.org, so I recommend contacting them, though the support options seem limited: https://github.com/braginteractive/StrapPress/issues or https://bootstrapwp.com/contact/

I guess this forum is not for asking for assistance if every response from a MOD is to go back to the source and not the community.
