Document not visible

    I have uploaded a new document to the library, but it doesn’t show when I visit the webpage.
    It is set to public, published, downloadable for non members.

    How can I solve this?

    what does the last modified date say?

    is that the current time, if not goto mdocs setting and adjust your time offset

    I have checked “override time offset”, and now it works again!
    thanks for that.

    strange thing is that is now gives the wrong publishing time (approx two hour offset)

    when u say publishing time are you talking about the post being published or the actual file?

    Where is the “override time offset” option.

    I do not find in version 3.6.19

    it was removed many versions ago, time can be controlled by WordPress settings menu.
